WooCommerce Campaign Monitor Signup is an extension for WooCommerce, to add a checkbox to your checkout form so that customers can subscribe to your newsletters. You must have a campaign monitor API Key in order to use this. Once an API Key has been entered a list of your clients will get generated. Once you have selected a client, the subscribe lists for that client will get pulled in. You can then select which list you want new subscribers to go into.
